Who looks after it
Cleaning included every 3–4 days. Extra cleanings can be arranged separately.
A cook is available separately, by arrangement: the host recommends and books one for your stay — breakfast and meals on request.
On arrival: coconut water. In the rooms, chocolates with handwritten notes — the details guests write about afterwards.
The garden is lived in. There is no guarantee of a sighting — but whoever sits still in the late afternoon usually sees someone go by.

Cláudia and Cadu first came to the region after travelling through Caraíva, Trancoso and Arraial. Cláudia is an engineer; Cadu is a photographer. The house and garden are a place for quiet, connection and discovery.

Do animals show up in the garden?
They do: sloth, capuchin, marmoset, squirrel, opossum, hummingbirds, butterflies, birds. No sighting is guaranteed.
